Ann Condon does what works. In my experience with Ann, I saw that while she has a solid grasp of theory and philosophy, she is primarily interested in helping her clients produce the results they want for their lives. I don't know it there's a textbook about coaching, but I do know that Ann will throw the book out if it isn't helping her get the results she's committed to for her client. Working with Ann is fun. She has an unfailing ear for what is needed in any given situation and adapts her technique accordingly. One day you're having a heavy discussion and the next she's telling you stories that have you roaring with laughter. One day she's pinning you down, getting you to set goals, and the next she's patting you on the back for a job well done. It all works.
