You may request a free initial 20 minute "get acquainted" phone conversation to further discuss what you can expect to achieve through a professional coaching relationship with me.

Pricing and Payment Options

Professional coaching fees vary based on scope and frequency as follows:
Staff Development Programs:

Staff development programs focus on leadership training, team building, employee empowerment, facilitating productive support networks and other interpersonal professional skills development. Pricing is based on scope of services required. Call 508-775-2059 to discuss your staff development needs.

Weekly Coaching Programs:

1 to 3 hours per week - $250/hour
4 or more hours per week - $200/hour

Monthly Coaching Programs:

Monthly coaching programs are contracted for a minimum six (6) month period and include multiple telephone sessions each month that focus on:

  • Supporting your business, career and/or "entire life" with my guidance step by step
  • Setting quantifiable goals to achieve your desired outcomes based in part on pre- and post-session reports
  • Acknowledging your progress by establishing simple tracking systems for you and your business or career
  • Answering questions that come up for you while reading The Six-Month Start-Up book (provided)
  • Your accomplishments and struggles since our last conversation
  • Identifying distinctions to build upon
  • Creating exciting new areas of action
None of this is hard, by the way. I will be right there with you every step of the way, either during our telephone calls, or within reach of your email!

Also included are:

  • Frequent free emails (…and I really mean this so write often!) about anything you want to ask me related to our coaching. I usually reply in a few hours.
  • Free of charge, one-time formatting of your professional biography or resume, along with a sample cover letter for email distribution (a $75 - $150 value)
  • Ongoing goal reassessment and refinement
  • Establishing your goals, such as:
    • Having a thriving business
    • Attracting clients and customers
    • A vastly larger income
    • A lot less time spent working
    • Your book published
    • Your grant application won
    • Your career advanced measurably
...and, whatever goal or goals you select and commit to, you have my promise that if you do all of the coaching assignments and participate fully, you will achieve your goals!!!
