Background

Ann Condon's experience spans more than twenty-five years of working with people, first as a psychotherapist and workshop leader, and more recently as a professional coach. Her commitment to the mastery of life guides the work that she will undertake with you. Her belief that each one of us can operate powerfully and lovingly in all aspects of our professions and our lives produces profound, lasting and consistent results in both the lives of people and the achievements of businesses that she works with.

Ann's early focus was in working with people to identify what resources were available to them and how to utilize them to help overcome extreme social and environmental difficulties. As her techniques advanced demonstrating positive results for many clients, she became a supervisor coaching others to empower individuals in need.

Later moving to Hawaii, Ann focused her talents on working with women to help them to identify and attain career objectives by understanding cultural issues, performance requirements and how to put their best foot forward in interpersonal situations. Her passion for empowering people to achieve self-reliance and self-fulfillment in their work lives resulted in hundreds of individuals coming to do what they love and love what they do.

Returning to New England, Ann established her own, solo psychotherapy practice where the experiences of her early career work culminated in helping more individuals to proactively manage their lives versus have their lives manage them. Speaking engagements, graduate seminars, workshops and published articles also allow Ann to expand the impact of her coaching talents to many others.

Ann received her graduate degree from Boston University and also holds a BA in Philosophy from Newton College. She is recognized in Who's Who in American Women and Who's Who in America, and served as founding president of Altrusa Club for Women and as Officer for Local 509, SEIU. Past and present memberships include Cape Cod Community College Board of Trustees, National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce as well as BNI and American Business Women's Assoc.
